These tools will give great service if maintained as specified. The technique used to produce these quality tools has been developed over the years by master craftsmen.
USE - Never use a tool to cut a branch or trunk that is too large for the tool. This will cause bending and void warranty. If too much pressure is applied, both handles and blades will be bent making the tool inoperable.
CARE - Tools should be cleaned after each use with a 'crean mate' block and then coated in oil. Leaving tools in the wet will increase the chance of rust forming. This will damage the cutting edge. Never try to sharpen the machine edge of a tool as this will change the cutting angle, purposely designed for optimum sharpness.
