If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.
RETURNS:
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in its original packaging.
Your item is required to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your item is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive your credit within a certain amount of days, please note your credit may take longer to arrive depending on your card issuers policy.
SHIPPING:
All Bonsai orders are packed the same business day!
In the case that you are wanting to exchange your item, you will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning your item.
